Dr. Mandy Truman, Director of the Delta Center for Culture and Learning, has spent nearly a decade studying the Mississippi Delta as a cultural geographer. Driven by a passion for direct engagement, she works closely with the individuals and community members who carry the region's living heritage to ensure firsthand knowledge is brought to the forefront.
